Telephony Services Platform (TSP) Training

To best utilize the TSP, Voiceware Systems, Inc., offers training of its proprietary software on an ongoing basis. Currently, the training consists of a three-day class scheduled for the third week of every other month and training is conducted on Wednesday through Friday of the respective week. The location of the training is in West Palm Beach, Florida, and the training is conducted from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

Class Fee
There is $750 per person fee for the three-day TSP Training. The course fee includes the course, course materials, a continental-style breakfast, and lunch. Attendees are responsible for all travel-related costs.

Tuition Payment Policy
Class fees must be paid in full (US dollars only) prior to the start of class. Payment may be in the form of cash, credit card, check, money order, and in some cases a P.O. number.

Cancellations
Voiceware Systems, Inc., will confirm TSP Training seven to 10 business days prior to a scheduled class and it reserves the right to cancel a class five business days prior to a class. Voiceware Systems, Inc., will refund any portion of tuition that has been paid or it will credit tuition to a future class. Voiceware Systems, Inc., will not be responsible for any travel-related penalties that might be incurred as a result of cancelled classes.
