The TSP™ is a turnkey solution offering a host of enhanced features.

Voice Mail

Receive messages on DID, retrieve by callback or by toll free call. Use prepaid or postpaid methods of payment for Voice Mail services.

This optional feature package, which includes Voice Mail, Fax Mail, and conference calling, allows your Subscribers to:

  • Receive, retrieve and/or store voice messages
  • Save, replay, delete, forward or give time and date stamp to messages
  • Change greeting, security code, notification settings or send a message and/or reminder

Note: Fax Mail and conference calling are available only with additional hardware.

Fax Mail
Receive fax on DID, retrieve from a central mailbox by callback or toll free call.

Fax Store and Forward
Voice Mail companion feature. Faxes can be stored and automatically forwarded to a new number.

Fax/Message Notification
Program multiple notification numbers and types by time of day, and set number of retries, and the retry interval.

Pay Per Call/Premium Rate Services
Provide an array of innovative, special-interest information services, such as weather, stock quotes, etc.

Conference Calling
Up to 31 additional calls can be added to a callback or prepaid card call. (Requires additional hardware.)

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Subscriber-friendly, customizable voice prompts, menus, and database access.

Up to 1,000 Languages
Menu selection and prompt recordability up to 1,000 languages.

Customizable Enhanced Services Menus
The switch owner can set the order of menu items and prompts played to the Subscriber. For access to such Enhanced Services and Feature Options as: Voice Mail, Speed Dial, Verifying Account Balance, Time Remaining, and Callback Number.

Record Customized Prompts
The switch owner can record any prompt used for International Resale, Enhanced Services and any language from a touch-tone telephone.

Prompt Maintenance
The TSP™ includes prompts for International Resale, Prepaid Cards, Speed Dial, DID Numbers, Currency, and Date/Time in English and Spanish. Prompts for such optional features as Voice Mail, Conference Calling, Notification, Call Forward, Credit Card Recharge, and Agent Management are also offered standard in both languages. All prompts are individually customizable and recordable.

Branding Messages
Provide custom messages that can be used for branding or for a personalized account greeting.

Card Activated Date
The TSP™ can track and record the date when an Account is first used.

Card Expiration Date
The TSP™ can calculate an expiration date based on a specified number of days from first use, or the switch owner can set an exact expiration date.

Card Linking
The Subscriber can begin using a second card without changing PIN Numbers and during a live call.

Prepaid Calling Card Recharge
Recharge a prepaid calling card with a major credit card, which is verified by the TSP™, during a live call.

Time Limit and Unit Limit Alert
The Subscriber can be alerted at 5 minutes and again at 2 minutes and 1 minute before time expires.

Balance Available
The TSP™ is able to speak the account balance remaining.

Minutes Available
When the Subscriber enters the destination number, the TSP™ is able to speak the maximum number of minutes allowed for the call based on available credit in the Account.

Speak Balance Based on Threshold
When an account goes below this set threshold, the TSP™ can speak the balance remaining to the subscriber.

Repetitive Calls
The Subscriber can disconnect a destination call and call another number without waiting for the called party to disconnect and without dialing back into their account.

Mis-Dialed Number Correction
If a Subscriber dials a number incorrectly, pressing the * key allows immediate re-entering of the number.

Enhanced Services Menu
A programmable selection (usually star/pound, *#) presents the Subscriber with a menu to select a variety of options, including:

  • Last Number Redial – At the press of a key.
  • Time Remaining – The number of minutes left in the Account, based on the rate of the current call.
  • Account Balance – How much credit remaining in your Account.
  • Speed Dial – Ability to edit Speed Dial numbers.
  • Change Callback Number – So calls follow you as you travel.
  • Access Voice Mail – Voice Mail is an optional feature of the TSP™.
  • Conference Calling – Optional.

Change Security Code
Allows modification of the Subscriber’s security code.

Prepaid Wireless
With the advent of prepaid technologies, prepaid wireless customers represent a new niche in this booming market. Fraud reduction is one of the many benefits of this service. Prepaid limits time and access and therefore reduces loss.

Verify Account Balance
TSP™ can speak the credit remaining in a Subscriber’s account as units or a currency.

Connect to Service Center
Configure the TSP™ to allow a Subscriber to connect directly to Customer Service. Customer Service is able to control the call from anywhere via a Web connection.

Spanish/English Prompts
The TSP™ accommodates up to 1,000 languages either by batch-adding the prompts to the system or by dialing in and recording additional language prompts. The TSP™ offers more than 350 pre-recorded audio text prompts each in English and Spanish.

Speed Dial
Public and private. Capacity up to 100 private speed dial numbers and up to 1,000 public (global) speed dial numbers.

Local Number Access
Makes home-based long distance calls less expensive.

Long Call Protection
Eliminates hung calls by prompting for a touch-tone selection at a programmable interval to ensure the call is valid and active.
