Internet Protocol (IP) Agent Gateway
Hardware and software allows Agents access to their Subscribers’
information via Internet or direct modem dial-in. All Internet
connections feature the latest security technology.
Internet Protocol (IP) Customer Service
IP Customer Service allows a call center to view specific account
information, account call detail, and take control of incoming calls from
the TSP™. An operator can place calls on customer’s behalf,
using the customer’s account, without tying up multiple leg A and
leg B connections.
Password Protection
Flexible Agent Access Control via a login page. Agent access can be
limited by account serial numbers and DID number ranges. Fields can be
designated as view only, modifiable, or hidden.
Total Switch Owner Control
The switch owner controls by account which fields, features, and
transactions that can be accessed by each Agent. A credit limit can be
set by the switch owner for each individual Agent.
Detailed and Concise Agent Audit Trail
Changes such as additions, deletions, and modifications to account
and rate files, as well as Agent log-ins and log-outs are tracked in log
files.
Field Level Security
The switch owner can limit the files and fields the agent may view
and/or modify. Fields can also be hidden from individual Agents. An Agent
can update rates, features and information for only that Agent’s
Subscribers.
Multiple Modem Operation
One to sixteen modems may be connected to a single communications
server. Modem access is optional. Internet access is standard and can
handle an unlimited number of users up to the total available bandwidth.
Separate Data Files for Agents
There is a separate folder for each Agent. Data files are maintained
in Dbase format and can be downloaded via FTP or direct modem dial-in for
viewing or printing reports locally.
Dynamic Operations
Each Agent may have as many simultaneous calls as the switch
supports. There is no segregation of ports by Agent.
Billing Files
Wholesale and Retail billing information for each Agent is accessible
as daily and/or monthly files. Retail billing files are written into the
appropriate Agent’s folder for downloading.
Internet Security – Secured Socket Layers (SSL)
SSL protocol is used to encrypt all data sent to or received from the IP
Agent Gateway web site. The switch owner can use Digital Certificates to
lock out unauthorized web site access. Additional security or a LAN
firewall is available as options through Proxy Server.
Agent Activity Report
Useful activity tracking for analysis of Agent performance.
Agent Billing and Invoicing
Wholesale rate tables, precise Agent billing and Customizable Agent
invoices.
