The TSP™ is designed with the switch owner in mind. The TSP™ System Console allows real-time access to each port providing the switch administrator an overview of current activity. The System Manager is a user-friendly interface where the switch administrator is able to define the parameters of the TSP™. By utilizing these user-friendly administrator programs, the TSP™ is easily customized to function at optimal capacity.

Watchdog
The Watchdog program constantly monitors all Voiceware™ Systems and the UPS for important occurrences and notifies the technical staff on their numeric or alpha pagers.

Generate Large Batches of PINs all at Once
The Random Account Generator is especially useful for supplying PINs to your commercial Prepaid Calling Card printer.

Comprehensive Information on Screen in Easy-to-Use Format
Account number, PINs, DIDs, Rate File, Billing Class, Language, Properties, Enhanced Services, Monetary/Time Limits, Callback and Agent Info, and Speed Dial, among others; all are available in a single multi-tabled screen.

Database Table Template Wizard
Create multiple Account, Rating, Routing and Dialing Plan Tables quickly and accurately. On-screen help and a wizard to guide you are provided.

Global Update Facility
Allows modification of selected ranges of records in any table. Easy filter query feature allows basic and advanced criteria and range selection.

Changeable Menus
The switch owner can set the menu selections and prompts presented to the Subscriber, especially for such Enhanced Services and Feature Options as Voice Mail, Speed Dial, Verifying Account Balance, Time Remaining, and Callback Number. Features, menus options, and prompts can be changed while the switch is operating.

Record Customized Prompts
Use a special administrator account to record voice prompts from any touch-tone phone.

Custom Scripting Language
A Voiceware™ Systems innovation, this is a powerful program language, which allows creation of totally individualized Subscriber programs and custom call flows.

On-line Backup
Backup user-selected switch system files while the switch is fully operational. Create an “image” of live files to allow a full back up by a compatible external backup facility.

On-line Archiving
Auto archiving of backed-up files according to specified criteria. Files are moved, verified and deleted from the system to conserve space.

Zero-Down-Time
No downtime required to backup even open files.

Support for up to 16 T1’s or 15 E1’s in One Chassis

Point and Click Programming
All of our applications are 32-bit windows programs with an easy to use point and click Graphical User Interface (GUI). Available field choices are provided upon clicking on the field, which opens a pull down list of selections.
