MAXIMUM SYSTEM SECURITY

Fraud Detection
Fraud detection utilizes the Automatic Number Identification (ANI) of the incoming call to track callers that have attempted to hack account PINs. Once a hacker has been identified by the TSP™, utilizing number of failed account attempts criteria setup by the system administrator, all future calls from the same ANI are blocked by the system.

Stolen Prepaid Card Trapping
When a stolen prepaid card is used to make repeated calls to a destination number, that number can be blocked by the system administrator. Future calls to that blocked destination number will result in the system blocking the account used to make that call. This disables all further use of the account. Any account calling that blocked destination number will be blocked as well. This provides added protection should someone steal several prepaid cards, either in sequence or a random sampling from a series of cards.
