Technical Support Specialist

This position's duties include: software and hardware phone support to our worldwide customer base of PC and Excel based computer telephony switches. We prefer applicants with good phone and people skills. Knowledge of Windows 2000 and Windows NT is required. Knowledge of telephony and the PSTN is preferred.
